Training and Education
Our people are the main reason for our success. To sustain our high corporate trajectory, we offer education and training programs which cultivate the most talented and well-prepared management teams to lead our clients' projects through from inception to completion. Directors and vice-presidents offer monthly seminars to convey emerging insights in their practice areas. Outside consultants provide one-on-one training on a customized basis. Rise also facilitates training, certification, licensure, and professional memberships.

Co-op Program
We engage engineering co-op students and foster their academic and professional development through customized rotations and support programs. The objective for the Program is to allow a student to gain a comprehensive understanding of project and program management through increasing levels of focus and responsibilities.
